Tonnage. Using the form supplied by CITY in Exhibit F (Standard Reporting Template), FRANCHISEE 864 shall report the Total Construction and Demolition Debris tonnage Collected by FRANCHISEE within 865 the Service Area during the previous quarter. 866 B. Collection Locations and identification as Construction and Demolition Materials. Using the form 867 supplied by CITY in Exhibit F (Standard Reporting Template), FRANCHISEE shall report the collection 868 address for each load Collected by FRANCHISEE within the Service Area during the previous quarter. 869 For each load Collected, FRANCHISEE shall report the construction or demolition permit number 870 provided by the Customer.
Tonnage. Franchisee will collect, record, and maintain information regarding the tonnage of: (a) Residential and Commercial Solid Waste; (b) Recyclables; (c) Bulky Waste; and (d) C&D Waste collected and delivered to the Designated Disposal Facility, including the following information: (a) route numbers; (b) truck numbers; (c) Designated Disposal Facility’s certified weight ticket number for each load; (d) weight of each load (gross, tare, and net); and (e) source-jurisdiction allocation or ratio.

Noncontainerized Lumber & Logs and General Cargo inbound from British Columbia, Canada are also classified as Coastwise Cargo.

Tonnage. (a) During the term of years beginning January 1, 1997 through December 31, 2002, Eveleth shall sell and deliver and Rouge shall purchase and receive from Eveleth 45% of all Eveleth Pellets produced by Eveleth in each year to a maximum of 2,250,000 tons annually. In the event that Eveleth produces more than 5,000,000 tons of Eveleth Pellets in any year of this Agreement, Rouge shall have a right of first refusal to acquire 45% of the (b) On November 1st of each year Eveleth shall advise Rouge in writing of the tons of Eveleth Pellets that it expects to produce in the following year. If production for such calendar year is expected to exceed 5,000,000 tons, Rouge shall advise Eveleth by November 15, whether or not it will exercise its right of first refusal to acquire 45% of such excess. Tonnage. During each of the years 2005 through 2014, and each year thereafter as long as this Agreement remains in effect, Cliffs shall sell and deliver to WCI and WCI shall purchase and receive from Cliffs and pay for a tonnage of Cliffs Pellets, which tonnage shall for the year 2005 only, be equal to [*****] million tons (the "2005 Cap") and (b) for each year thereafter shall be equal to the lesser of (i) WCI's annual iron ore pellet tonnage required for consumption by WCI in each such year or (ii) [*****] million tons (the "Annual Cap" and collectively with the 2005 Cap, the "Caps"). (The word "ton", as used herein, shall mean a gross ton of 2,240 pounds avoirdupois natural weight). Cliffs shall use all reasonable commercial efforts to assist WCI in procuring any amount of WCI's annual iron ore pellet tonnage required for consumption by WCI in any given year in excess of the Caps, but shall have no obligation to sell any additional tonnage beyond the Caps, nor will Cliffs be limited in the price charged to WCI for such additional amounts. The Cliffs Pellets shall consist of the grades and specifications and shall have approximately the same general average chemical and physical structure, all as described in Exhibit 1 attached hereto, unless otherwise mutually agreed.
