Tool Allowance through December. 31, 2015 – The Employer shall pay four hundred dollars ($400.00) to each Mechanical Services Technician and Lead Mechanical Services Technician on the first (1st) paycheck in February of each year for the purchase of or the replacement of tools. In the event the employee spends more than $400 to purchase or replace tools in a calendar year, the Employer will provide additional reimbursement up to a maximum of $200 upon the employee providing receipts demonstrating actual tool expenses incurred for the entire year. Receipts must be submitted no later than January 15th for a reimbursement in February.

  • Tool Allowance (a) A tool allowance as set in the relevant Wage Tables in Appendix A per week shall be paid for all purposes to:-

  • First Aid Allowance An employee who has been trained to render first aid and who is the current holder of appropriate first aid qualifications such as a certificate from the St. John's Ambulance or similar body shall be paid a weekly allowance of $11.50 if appointed by their employer to perform first aid duty.

  • Minimum Reporting Allowance If an employee reports for work at the regularly scheduled time and no work is available such employee will be paid a minimum of four (4) hours pay at her regular rate provided:

  • Safety Boot Allowance ‌ Effective January 1, 2022, except for temporary and probationary employees, the Employer agrees to pay one hundred and eighty-five dollars ($185.00) in January of each year towards the cost of safety boots for each full time employee requiring them and one hundred ($100.00) dollars for each part time employee requiring them under the Occupational Health and Safety Act and/or by the Employer, provided the Employee is not eligible for safety footwear through the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board.

  • REPORTING ALLOWANCE An employee who reports for work at an Employer's job site or shop, unless directed not to report the previous day by his Employer, and for whom no work is available due to reasons other than inclement weather or any other reason beyond the control of the Employer, shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours reporting time and shall remain at other work if requested to do so by the Xxxxxxx.

  • Educational Allowance Special Preparation Bonuses Per Month Per Shift (Full-time) (Part-time)

  • Multi-Year Planning The CAPS will be in a form acceptable to the LHIN and may be required to incorporate (1) prudent multi-year financial forecasts; (2) plans for the achievement of performance targets; and (3) realistic risk management strategies. It will be aligned with the LHIN’s then current Integrated Health Service Plan and will reflect local LHIN priorities and initiatives. If the LHIN has provided multi-year planning targets for the HSP, the CAPS will reflect the planning targets.

  • Site Allowance All new construction and extension/refurbishment work having a project value in excess of $2.0m will attract the then current City of Melbourne Site Allowance.
