Delivery of replacements Subject to receipt of sufficient Temporary Global Notes, Permanent Global Notes, Definitive Notes, Coupons, Global Registered Notes and Individual Note Certificates in accordance with Clause 4.9 (Duties of Fiscal Agent, Registrar and Replacement Agent), the Replacement Agent shall, upon and in accordance with the instructions (which instructions may, without limitation, include terms as to the payment of expenses and as to evidence, security and indemnity) of the Issuer but not otherwise, authenticate (if necessary) and deliver a Temporary Global Note, Permanent Global Note, Definitive Note, Coupon, Global Registered Note or Individual Note Certificate as the case may be, as a replacement for any of the same which has been mutilated or defaced or which has or has been alleged to have been destroyed, stolen or lost provided, however, that:
State Approval of Replacement Personnel The Engineer may not replace the project manager or key personnel without prior consent of the State. The State must be satisfied that the new project manager or other key personnel is qualified to provide the authorized services. If the State determines that the new project manager or key personnel is not acceptable, the Engineer may not use that person in that capacity and shall replace him or her with one satisfactory to the State within forty-five (45) days.
SERVICE AND REPLACEMENT PARTS 23.1 During the term of this Contract, Seller will fulfill Buyer's and Customer’s service and replacement parts requirements at the then current production price(s) under this Contract. If the Products are systems or modules, Seller will sell the components or parts that comprise the system or module at price(s) that will not, in the aggregate, exceed the price of the system or module less assembly costs.
Life support equipment (a) If a person living at your premises requires life support equipment, you must register the premises with your retailer or with us. To register, you will need to give written confirmation from a registered medical practitioner of the requirement for life support equipment at the premises.
Emergency Replacement SAP may replace a Subprocessor without advance notice where the reason for the change is outside of SAP’s reasonable control and prompt replacement is required for security or other urgent reasons. In this case, SAP will inform Customer of the replacement Subprocessor as soon as possible following its appointment. Section 6.3 applies accordingly.
Repair and Replacement Subject to obtaining prior written permission of the Authority and any instructions/specifications issued by the Authority, the Operator may if need so arises, replace or install any equipment or accessory for beyond the specifications inside or on the outside of the Contracted Buses. In the event the Operator replaces or installs any equipment or accessory in accordance with this provision, it shall ensure that such additional equipment or accessory is compatible with the existing bus components, parts, software, accessories, or equipment.
Tool Replacement Personal tools worn out and/or broken on the job will be replaced on a like- for-like basis by the Employer, provided the tool is turned in to the Employer and the Employer had knowledge the tool was being used on the job. If an employee has his/her tools stolen from a state vehicle, the Employer will replace those tools, as long as no employee negligence has occurred.
ADDITIONAL SPECIAL CONTRACT CONDITIONS A. Special Contract Conditions revisions: the corresponding subsections of the Special Contract Conditions referenced below are replaced in their entirety with the following:
Maintenance, Repair and Replacement Subject to the provisions of Article 10.00 and payment by the Tenant of Rent, the Landlord shall operate, maintain, repair and replace the systems, facilities and equipment necessary for the proper operation of the Project and for provision of the Landlord's Services set out in Section 6.02 (except as may be installed by or be the property of the Tenant) and shall maintain and repair the foundations, structure and roof of the Building and repair damage to the Building which the Landlord is obligated to insure against under Article 9.00, provided that:

Production Support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktop subscriptions is limited to web-based support only for your helpdesk support personnel. Red Hat is not obligated to support your end users directly.
