Tool Purchase. At the request of the regular employee, the DISTRICT will purchase for the EMPLOYEE the recommended list of tools for his classification/department at DISTRICT cost, then as a one-time offer, discount that cost 25%. The employee will then reimburse the DISTRICT in one lump sum or monthly payroll deductions. Tool Purchase. An employee who is required to use his/her town tools in the service of the Company will be allowed, with the agreement of the Company, to purchase his/her tools via Payroll Deduction. The Company agrees to provide the employee with receipts for tax purposes. All monies owing to the Company may be deducted from the employee’s last paycheque, should the employee leave the employ of the Company.
