Physical/Occupational Therapy This plan covers physical and occupational therapy when: • ordered by a physician; • received from a licensed physical or occupational therapist; • a program is implemented to provide habilitative or rehabilitative services. See Autism Services when physical therapy and occupational therapy services are rendered as part of the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. The amount you pay and any benefit limit will be the same whether the services are provided for habilitative or rehabilitative purposes.
Agricultural Export Subsidies 1. The Parties share the objective of the multilateral elimination of export subsidies for agricultural goods and shall work together toward an agreement in the World Trade Organization to eliminate those subsidies and prevent their reintroduction in any form.
Indigenous Peoples 8. The Borrower shall ensure, or cause the Project Executing Agency and Project Implementing Agency to ensure, that the Project does not have any indigenous peoples impacts, within the meaning of the SPS. In the event that the Project or any Subproject does have any such impact, the Borrower shall take, or cause the Project Executing Agency or Project Implementing Agency to take, all steps required to ensure that the Project or Subproject complies with the applicable laws and regulations of the Borrower and with the SPS.
COMPLIANCE WITH OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH By submission of a bid in response to this solicitation, the Bidder certifies that all material, equipment, etc., contained in their bid meets all OSHA requirements. Bidder further certifies that if they are the awarded Contractor, and the material, equipment, etc., delivered is subsequently found to be deficient in any OSHA requirements in effect on date of delivery, all costs necessary to bring the material, equipment, etc., into compliance with the aforementioned requirements shall be borne by the Contractor.
Australian Workplace Agreements The Company and Employees whose terms and conditions are regulated by this agreement may enter into Australian Workplace Agreements under the Act. Any such Australian Workplace Agreement will operate to the exclusion of this Agreement.
Sectarian Activities Subrecipient certifies that this Contract does not aid or advance any religious sect, church or creed for a purpose that is sectarian in nature, nor does it help to support or sustain any school, college, university, hospital or other institution controlled by any religious creed, church, or sectarian denomination.
OCCUPATION To be eligible for automatic reinsurance, the insured must not be employed in an occupation as shown in the Occupation Exclusion List in Schedule A.
POSSESSION AND OCCUPATION 12.1 The Purchaser shall be placed in possession of the Property on the Transfer Date or the Occupation Date, whichever is the earlier, from which date the Purchaser will be entitled to all income and be liable for all expenses pertaining to the Property.

SHORT TERM EXTENSION In the event a replacement Contract has not been issued, any Contract let and awarded hereunder by the State, may be extended unilaterally by the State for an additional period of up to 3 months upon notice to the Contractor with the same terms and conditions as the original Contract including, but not limited to, prices and delivery requirements. With the concurrence of the Contractor, the extension may be for a period of up to 6 months in lieu of 3 months. However, this extension terminates should the replacement Contract be issued in the interim. PROCUREMENT INSTRUCTIONS Authorized Users should refer to the documents attached as Appendix G – Processes and Forms Templates for specific instructions on the usage of this Contract. OGS reserves the right to unilaterally make revisions, changes, additions and/or updates to the documents attached as Appendix G - Processes and Forms Templates without processing a formal amendment and/or modification. SPECIFICATIONS During the term of the Contract, the Authorized User may request Product specifications for particular items that have been included by the Contractor in its Pricing Pages. These specifications will be provided by the Contractor at no cost.
Occupational Health County and Union agree that the maintenance of employees' physical health is a basic component of satisfactory work performance, that an ongoing program of medical examination and review of medical conditions as it relates to performance of assigned duties will be developed, and that the parties shall meet and confer on development of this program and endeavor to reach agreement during the term of this Agreement.
