Traditional Bargaining. 011 Initiation of Negotiations Either the Board or the BISGITA may initiate negotiations by serving written notice to the Superintendent on behalf of the Board or the BISGITA President or his/her designee on behalf of the Association not more than ninety (90) nor less than sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of this Agreement. At the same time that the notice is filed, the BISGITA and the Board will notify SERB of the offer to negotiate.
