Training Advice and Assistance. Supplier will provide reasonable train-the-trainer technical assistance and training at Supplier’s facilities regarding Company Product for BioForm as BioForm reasonably requests. Supplier shall also provide to BioForm other services or other support information to assist BioForm in marketing Company Product as BioForm reasonably requests. BioForm shall be responsible for all of its costs associated with obtaining the training and support provided for under this Section 8.3. Supplier shall be responsible for the costs and expenses of its personnel incurred in connection with providing train-the-trainer technical assistance and training provided pursuant to this Section 8.3, up to a maximum of [****] per year.
Training Advice and Assistance. Medifocus shall, at JV’s sole cost and expense provide reasonable technical assistance, materials and training regarding the Products for JV’s representatives in order for JV to provide the services set forth in Section 2.05, and to assist JV in marketing the Products, including such information as is necessary or appropriate for JV to prepare such other manuals, promotional materials and warning labels deemed necessary or appropriate by JV.
Training Advice and Assistance. OBI will provide reasonable technical assistance and training regarding the Products to ASI's representatives as ASI reasonably requests at ASI's facilities, for up to [***] per year; provided that, ASI shall reimburse OBI for the reasonable travel and lodging expenses incurred by OBI personnel to provide such assistance and training.
Training Advice and Assistance. Novadaq will provide Distributor all reasonably requested technical advice with respect to the Products.
Training Advice and Assistance. Osiris shall provide reasonable technical assistance, materials and training regarding the Products and the Licensed Technology for BSC’s representatives, including but not limited to training and materials regarding the use, handling, storage and shipping of MSCs. Osiris shall also provide to BSC other services or other support information to assist BSC in marketing the Final Products, including but not limited to, product handling manuals and other applicable information relating to the Final Products, including such information as is necessary or appropriate for BSC to formulate any other manuals, promotional materials and warning labels deemed necessary or appropriate by BSC.
Training Advice and Assistance. AMS will provide sufficient clinical specialist support to assist BSC to train BSC sales representatives and to support large-scale clinical education and market development activities in the Field. AMS specialists will also be available to support BSC sales representatives at specific customer sites as appropriate; however, it is understood that customer-specific support will be limited to key accounts and centers of excellence. AMS will provide such additional reasonable technical assistance and training regarding the Company Products for BSC's representatives as BSC reasonably requests. AMS shall also provide to BSC other services or other support information to assist BSC in marketing the Company Products as BSC reasonably requests.

Within ten (10) days of the Effective Date and, if needed, periodically upon mutual agreement of the parties, Supplier will, at no cost to Distributor unless otherwise agreed by Supplier and Distributor, provide reasonable technical assistance and training regarding the Products for Distributor’s representatives and will introduce Distributor’s representatives to key customers.

The Company shall also provide to BSC other services or other support information to assist BSC in marketing the Final Products, including but not limited to, product handling manuals and other applicable information relating to the Final Products, including such information as is necessary or appropriate for BSC to formulate any other manuals, promotional materials and warning labels deemed necessary or appropriate by BSC.

Any support provided under this Section 9.2 shall be provided by AMS at AMS' expense, provided, that after the Development Period BSC shall reimburse AMS for AMS' actual costs on a time and materials basis incurred in performing such support.
Training Advice and Assistance. IMX will provide reasonable technical assistance and training regarding the Products for Rapiscan’s representatives as Rapiscan reasonably requests. IMX shall also provide to Rapiscan other services or other support information to assist Rapiscan in marketing the Products as Rapiscan reasonably requests. Rapiscan shall be solely responsible for providing training and assistance to its customers for the use of the Products at its own cost and expense.
