Training Assignments. When the Company requires training, the most senior volunteer in the applicable classification will be selected. The Company will determine the need and the number of employees to be trained and will arrange such direct training as appropriate subject to customer funding/requirements. The Company will ensure that employees receive adequate training to perform their assigned duties as determined by the customer needs. Employees will complete all yearly, mandatory Company training and job proficiency training in a timely manner, but no later than Company assigned completion dates.
