Training Assignments. Working schedules and assignments may be impacted by training as follows: A. For a period not to exceed one hundred twenty (120) hours per calendar year and when the University determines a need for Bargaining Unit members to be trained, the University may require Bargaining Unit members to report for training assignments outside their normal work hours.
