Common use of Training Benefits Clause in Contracts

Training Benefits. Where new or greater skills are required than are already possessed by affected employees under present methods of operation, such employee shall, at the expense of the Employer, be given a reasonable period of time to acquire the skills and knowledge necessitated by the new method of operation.
