Common use of Training/Education Funds Clause in Contracts

Training/Education Funds. Training and education funds shall be available for the cost of courses successfully completed and seminars taken which are related to the licensing requirements and employment of the employee. Employees will be paid their regular hourly wage for courses taken during normal working hours, and for which the employee has received prior approval of the Department Head and Director of Personnel.
