Training Supplement. Upon the inception of the Vehicle Mechanic Apprentice program, selected certified Leadperson(s) – Vehicle Repair (Job Code 6081) located at Southwest and Xxxx Xxxxx Transportation Centers shall receive a four percent (4%) pay supplement for mentoring and training apprentices during the 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 academic year funded with XXXXX funds. The supplement must be negotiated annually.
Training Supplement. A training supplement will be paid for training which can be considered an additional asset for the management of the employee’s duties. The amount of the supplement is no more than 15 % of the salary for the diffi- culty category. When the difficulty of the duties changes, the supplement will be reassessed. The training supplement is mainly paid for a voca- tional degree related to the duties or for additional training agreed on with the employer. The impact of the degree or training on the employee’s salary shall be agreed on before the beginning of the training.
