Common use of Transfer by Employer Clause in Contracts

Transfer by Employer. When the Employer transfers an employee to a lower classification level, the employee will continue to receive the rate of pay the employee was paid in the employee’s former classification until such time as a change in the rate of pay provides an increase in remuneration to the employee in the employee’s lower classification level.
