Common use of Transfer of Accumulated Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Transfer of Accumulated Sick Leave. A teacher may request transfer of accumulated sick leave earned in another school district within the state. Such leave may be transferred at a rate equal to the number of days earned in the Xxxxxx County School District up to a maximum of ten (10) days per year of employment in the district.
