TRANSIT AND RESIDENCE. Section 20
(a) In respect of the persons listed below, the Government shall take all necessary measures to facilitate their entry into and sojourn in the territory of the Republic of Austria, shall place no impediment in the way of their departure from the territory of the Republic of Austria, shall ensure that no impediment is placed in the way of their transit to or from the Headquarters of the OSCE and shall afford them any necessary protection in transit:
(i) Members of Permanent Missions and delegations of Participating States to the OSCE in Vienna and of offices of special representatives of the Chairmanship-in- Office, their families and other members of their households, as well as clerical and other auxiliary personnel and the spouses and dependent children of such personnel;
(ii) Members of Permanent Missions and delegations of Partners for Co-operation, other States and intergovernmental organizations to the OSCE in Vienna, their families and other members of their households, as well as clerical and other auxiliary personnel and the spouses and dependent children of such personnel;
(iii) Officials of the OSCE based in Vienna, their families and other members of their households;
(iv) Experts on mission for the OSCE and their spouses;
(v) Other persons invited by the OSCE to the Headquarters of the OSCE on official business. The Secretary General shall communicate the names of such persons to the Government before their intended entry.
(vi) Representatives of the press, radio, film, television or other information media, who have been accredited to the OSCE in Vienna after consultation between the OSCE and the Government.
(b) This section shall not apply in the case of general interruptions of transportation, which shall be dealt with as provided in Section 12 sub-section (b), and shall not impair the effectiveness of generally applicable laws and regulations relating to the operation of means of transportation.
(c) Visas where required for persons referred to in this section shall be granted without charge and as promptly as possible, in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Austria.
(d) No activity performed by any person referred to in sub-section (a) in his or her official capacity with respect to the OSCE shall constitute a reason for preventing his or her entry into or his or her departure from the territory of the Republic of Austria or for requiring him or her to leave such territory.

(a) the Director of the Secretariat and members of his family forming part of his household;
(b) officials of the Secretariat and members of their families forming part of their household; and
(c) official visitors.
(2) Visas which may be required by persons referred to in paragraph (1) shall be granted free of charge and as promptly as possible.
(3) No activity performed by any person referred to in paragraph (1) in his official capacity with respect to the Energy Community shall constitute a reason for preventing his entry into, or his departure from, the Republic of Austria.
(4) The Republic of Austria shall be entitled to require reasonable evidence to establish that persons claiming the rights granted by this Article fall within the categories described in paragraph (1), and to require compliance in a reasonable manner with quarantine and health regulations.

a) the Secretary General of ICPO-Interpol and members of his family forming part of his household;
b) officers of ICPO-Interpol;
c) officials of ICPO-Interpol;
d) staff members of the Academy and members of their families forming part of their household;
e) representatives of governments or organizations invited by the Academy;
f) official visitors and g) participants in the courses and seminars offered by the Academy.
(2) Visas which may be required by persons referred to in paragraph 1 shall be granted free of charge and as promptly as possible.
(3) No activity performed by any person referred to in paragraph 1 in his official capacity with respect to ICPO-Interpol shall constitute a reason for preventing his entry into, or his departure from, the Republic of Austria.
(4) The Republic of Austria shall be entitled to require reasonable evidence to establish that persons claiming the rights granted by this Article fall within the categories described in paragraph 1, and to require compliance in a reasonable manner with quarantine and health regulations.

b) representatives of Parties to the Agreement Establishing the Centre;
c) staff members of the Centre and members of their families forming part of their household;
d) official visitors and
e) participants in the conferences, workshops, discussions and other meetings offered by the Centre for the duration of, and travel in connection with, such meetings.
2) Visas which may be required by persons referred to in paragraph 1 shall be granted free of charge and as promptly as possible.
3) No activity performed by any person referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article in his official capacity with respect to the Centre shall constitute a reason for preventing his entry into, or his departure from, the Republic of Austria.
4) The Republic of Austria shall be entitled to require reasonable evidence to establish that persons claiming the rights granted by this Article fall within the categories described in paragraph 1 of this Article, and to require compliance in a reasonable manner with quarantine and health regulations.

(a) Heads of the Offices, as well as members of their families forming part of their household;
(b) Staff Members of the Offices, as well as members of their families forming part of their household;
(c) other Staff Members of the Organization; and
(d) official visitors.
(2) Visas which may be required by persons referred to in paragraph (1) shall be granted free of charge and as promptly as possible.
(3) No activity performed by any person referred to in paragraph (1) in his/her official capacity with respect to the Organization shall constitute a reason for preventing his entry into, or his/her departure from, the Republic of Austria.
(4) The Republic of Austria shall be entitled to require reasonable evidence to establish that persons claiming the rights granted by this Article fall within the categories described in paragraph (1), and to require compliance in a reasonable manner with quarantine and health regulations.

(1) The Government shall take all necessary measures in accordance with Austrian law to facilitate the entry into, and sojourn in, the Republic of Austria of the persons listed below, shall allow them to leave the Republic of Austria without interference and shall ensure that they can travel unimpeded to or from the premises, affording them any necessary protection when so travelling:
(a) Officials of the PCA and members of their family forming part of their household;
(b) PCA Adjudicators in proceedings that take place in the Republic of Austria;
(c) Participants in Proceedings that take place in the Republic of Austria.
(2) Visas which may be required by persons referred to in paragraph 1 shall be granted free of charge and as promptly as possible, in accordance with Austrian law.
(3) No activity performed by any person referred to in paragraph 1 in their official capacity with respect to the PCA shall constitute a reason for preventing their entry into, or departure from, the Republic of Austria.
(4) The Republic of Austria shall be entitled to require reasonable evidence to establish that persons claiming the rights granted by this Article fall within the categories described in paragraph 1, and to require compliance in a reasonable manner with quarantine and health regulations.

b) representatives of Parties to the Agreement Establishing the Academy;

e) official visitors; and
f) participants in the courses and seminars offered by the Academy and members of their families forming part of their household, for the duration of, and travel in connection with, such courses and seminars.
(2) Visas which may be required by persons referred to in paragraph 1 shall be granted free of charge and as promptly as possible.
(3) No activity performed by any person referred to in paragraph 1 in his official capacity with respect to the Academy shall constitute a reason for preventing his entry into, or his departure from, the Republic of Austria.
(4) The Republic of Austria shall be entitled to require reasonable evidence to establish that persons claiming the rights granted by this Article fall within the categories described in paragraph 1, and to require compliance in a reasonable manner with quarantine and health regulations.

(1) The Government, in accordance with Austrian law, shall take all necessary measures to facilitate the entry into, and sojourn in, the Republic of Austria of the persons listed below, shall allow them to leave the Republic of Austria without interference and shall ensure that they can travel unimpeded to or from the premises, affording them any necessary protection when so travelling:
(a) Officials of the Institute and members of their family forming part of their household;

(1) The Government shall take all measures required to facilitate the entry into, departure from and freedom of movement in [insert name of country], and, with regard to persons assigned to the Office, residence in [insert name of country], of the following persons without any restriction and irrespective of nationality:
(a) Representatives of GGGI members and other persons constituting the Assembly, the Council and Advisory Committee, while exercising their functions and during their journeys to and from the place of meetings convened by GGGI;
(b) Officials of GGGI;
(c) Experts;
(d) the spouse and dependent children, and members of the household staff of Officials and Experts of GGGI assigned to the Office; and
(e) Other persons invited by GGGI on official business. GGGI shall communicate the names of such persons to the Government.
(2) The Government shall issue to its embassies, legations, consulates and any other offices representing the interests of [insert name of country] general instructions to grant, if necessary, visas to any persons referred to in this Article 12 without any delay, waiting period, or payment of any charges, and without ordinarily requiring their personal presence.

(1) The Republic of Austria shall take all necessary measures to facilitate the entry into, and sojourn in, the Republic of Austria of the persons listed below, shall allow them to leave the Republic of Austria without interference and shall ensure that they can travel unimpeded to or from the headquarters, affording them any necessary protection when so travelling:
(a) the Representatives of Contracting Parties;
(b) the Executive Secretary, his spouse and the dependent members of his family forming part of his household;
(c) the Representatives of States or organizations invited by the Commission; and
(d) the officials of the Commission, their spouses and the dependent members of their families forming part of their household.
(2) Visas which may be required by persons referred to in paragraph 1 shall be granted free of charge and as promptly as possible.
(3) No activity performed by any person referred to in paragraph 1 in his or her official capacity with respect to the Commission shall constitute a reason for preventing his or her entry into, or his or her departure from, the Republic of Austria.
(4) The Republic of Austria shall be entitled to require reasonable evidence to establish that persons claiming the rights granted by this Article fall within the categories described in paragraph 1, and to require compliance in a reasonable manner with quarantine and health regulations.
