Transit Times. The target Average Below Rail Transit Time Factor is set out below: Coal Target Average Below Rail Transit Time Factor (%) 1 This formula for ATP assumes that, for a Train Service operating in the Central Queensland Coal Region, the Train Service operates within an single Individual Coal System. If a Train Service operates in the Central Queensland Coal Region and requires access to more than one Individual Coal System (“Cross System Train Service”), the calculation of ATP will involve calculating a separate ATP for that Train Service for each Individual Coal System and then aggregating those separate amounts. If the Train Service is a Cross System Train Service, Aurizon Network may vary the formula of ATP to reflect this.

It is important that you COMMUNICATE any delay(s) of over thirty (30) minutes so that FedEx may alert affected locations to provide personnel to move the packages.

Transit Times. 9.1. The Forwarder does not guarantee any transit or arrival times or prices, because it only acts as an intermediary, without any influence on the factual transportation. Arrival times on the Forwarder’s website are Estimated Times of Arrival (“ETA”). 9.2. When a parcel or shipment is not delivered on the ETA and this is not due to the non-observance of the Agreement by the Principal, the Forwarder gives the discount – and only such discount – that applies to the fees and/or tariffs of the carrier of the delayed delivery, decreased by administration costs incurred by the Forwarder. 9.3. When a parcel or shipment is not delivered on the ETA or has not been delivered at all and this has been caused by the Principal or by the recipient, the Principal will be liable for all damages that arise from such late delivery or non-delivery, including but not limited to expenses for the storage of nondeliverable goods.

Transit Times.  Transit time includes: full origin service, export clearance, origin Egypt to port of departure, freight up to XXX/AOE, destination Egypt, import clearance and full destination service.  Exceeding of communicated transit times may result in high penalty fees (up to 100% of the total moving costs) from the account.  Any delay must be advised immediately with mentioning of the reason for the delay.  If delay is due to a failure of the Agent (i.e. documentation is missing/not complete, freight is booked to late, green light is not reminded, invoice is not paid), or if Agent did not communicate on time (same working day) the Agent can be held responsible for all additional costs as well as penalty fees.
