Common use of Transitional Arrangements - Personal Leave Clause in Contracts

Transitional Arrangements - Personal Leave. An employee working part-time under this subclause shall have personal leave entitlements which have accrued under this award (including any entitlements accrued in respect of previous full-time employment) converted into hours. When this entitlement is used, whether as a part- time employee or as a full-time employee, it shall be debited for the ordinary hours that the employee would have worked during the period of absence.
