Transitioning Services. We encourage families to disclose any information that may help the Participant’s transition to or from Brain Train by discussing the Participant’s needs with our Participant Support Team during the onboarding process. If things arise during your time with us, please contact the Participant Support Team using the email they provide to you during onboarding. If you wish to stop using Brain Train’s services or your services have been terminated, we are happy to provide a free meeting with our Participant Support Team via telehealth to discuss the best way to support the Participant through the transition.

Transitioning Services. During the Term and any Renewal Terms, Company will make available to Subscriber upon request a copy of Subscriber’s Data. All such copies of Data will be provided but will not include any attachments.
Transitioning Services. JALIC shall cooperate with the Company and use commercially reasonable efforts to effect an orderly transition to the Company and/or conversion onto the Company's administrative system of the Policies as rapidly and as smoothly as possible, and to do, or cause to be done, all things necessary, proper or advisable in connection therewith. JALIC shall provide the Company with copies of all databases, files, programs, job streams, accounting and other records and information regarding the Policies and the service and administration of the Policies when requested by the Company in machine readable form reasonably acceptable to the Company. JALIC shall also provide the Company upon request current information regarding production volume and policyholder complaints and reasonable access, to all offices and other facilities and properties of JALIC concerning the Policies and the administration thereof. Services to be provided in connection with such transition and/or conversion shall include, but not be limited to the following: providing the Company remote and on-site access to JALIC's computers, providing mainframe to mainframe connections between JALIC and the Company, providing technical support regarding the Policies and the computer hardware and software systems and providing the Company access to appropriate JALIC personnel.
Transitioning Services. Easter Seals Agency will: a. Meet with the UTRGV-PSJA-EHS-CCP Program staff to discuss transitioning children to their next educational setting when deemed necessary at least six months before a child turns three years of age or prior to child transitioning to the next educational setting. b. The assigned Family Services Coordinator will coordinate transition services to another agency to expedite the process and services to children. c. With parent's written consent, transition meetings and activities will be held at the UTRGV-PSJA-EHS-CCP Program. The UTRGV-PSJA-EHS-CCP Program will: a. Coordinate with various agencies, including PSJA ISD to discuss transitioning of the UTRGV-PSJA-EHS-CCP Program children to Head Start, Pre-Kinder, Child Care Partnerships, or other educational placement. b. Devise a transition plan that will address placement options along with names of contacts, possible site visits by the child, and time frames for completion.

  • Training Services Training Services may include pre-packaged training Products, and/or the development or customization of training programs as requested, including Live Training, Computer Based/Multi-Media Training which encompasses Internet-Delivered Training, and/or Video Based Training.

  • Transition Services The Purchasers will provide to the Sellers termination assistance as reasonably requested in order to provide an orderly transition following the termination of the Agreement (or any portion thereof), and the Sellers will provide to the Purchasers reasonable cooperation and assistance in connection therewith. In connection with this transition assistance, the Purchasers and Sellers will reasonably cooperate in the transition of the Services from the Purchasers to any Replacement Provider. With respect to the Serviced Appointments subject to termination, the Sellers shall provide the Purchasers with notice of the effective date (each, a “Transition Effective Date”) of the transition of the Services to a Replacement Provider.   • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition. 13.2 If the Hosting of Customer Data by Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract contributes to or directly causes a Data Breach, Supplier shall be responsible for the obligations set forth in Appendix 1 related to breach reporting requirements and associated costs. Likewise if such Hosting contributes to or directly causes a Security Incident, Supplier shall be responsible for the obligations set forth in Appendix 1, as applicable. 14 Change Management

  • Dining Services The Contract is for a space in a University Housing & Dining Services (“UHDS”) facility and not for a particular room or type of housing. By signing this Contract, you agree to accept your residence assignment, and understand this assignment may change. Once you receive a key to your assigned residence or move personal belongings into your room (whichever comes first) you are considered to have taken occupancy (“Occupancy”) and will incur charges. You also agree to familiarize yourself and comply with all University policies governing occupancy, including those set forth in this Contract and in the UHDS publication Student Policy and Information Guide, to be considerate of other residents and to respect the rights of others at all times. The Student Policy and Information Guide may be found at: xxxx://xxxx.xxxx/policy-guide, as well as in paper form when requested at the University Housing & Dining Services Administrative Offices.

  • The Services The HSP agrees to provide the Services on the terms and conditions of this PFA including all of its Appendices and schedules.

  • Cloud Services You will not intentionally (a) interfere with other customers’ access to, or use of, the Cloud Service, or with its security; (b) facilitate the attack or disruption of the Cloud Service, including a denial of service attack, unauthorized access, penetration testing, crawling, or distribution of malware (including viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, spyware, adware, and cancelbots); (c) cause an unusual spike or increase in Your use of the Cloud Service that negatively impacts the Cloud Service’s operation; or (d) submit any information that is not contemplated in the applicable Documentation.

  • Autism Services This plan covers the following services for the treatment of autism spectrum disorders. • Applied behavior analysis when provided and/or supervised by an individual licensed by the state in which the service is rendered. See the Summary of Medical Benefits for the amount that you pay. • Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services when rendered as part of the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. A benefit limit will not apply to these services. • Psychological and psychiatric services, and prescription drugs are also covered. See Behavioral Health Services and Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies for additional information. Coverage for autism spectrum disorders does not affect any obligation of a school district, a state or other governmental entity to provide services to an individual under an individualized family service plan, an individualized education program, or similar services required under state or federal law. Services related to autism that are furnished by school personnel are not covered under this plan.

  • Transitional Services Upon cancellation, termination, or expiration of the Contract for any reason, the Contractor shall provide reasonable cooperation, assistance and Services, and shall assist the Department to facilitate the orderly transition of the work under the Contract to the Department and/or to an alternative contractor selected for the transition upon written notice to the Contractor at least thirty (30) business days prior to termination or cancellation, and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract.

  • Other Services At the request of the Fund, the Adviser in its discretion may make available to the Fund office facilities, equipment, personnel and other services. Such office facilities, equipment, personnel and services shall be provided for or rendered by the Adviser and billed to the Fund at the Adviser's cost.
