Transportation Quantity. 1.1 Subject to the terms and provisions of this Agreement, Rate Schedule IT and the General Terms and Conditions thereto, Shipper may deliver, or cause to be delivered, to Company at the Receipt Point(s) described in Exhibit A to this Agreement the quantity of natural gas (in Dth) nominated by Shipper and scheduled by Company for transportation by Company under this Agreement on a day. Company's obligation to accept gas at any Receipt Point is limited to the Maximum Daily Receipt Quantity (MDRQ) for each Receipt Point specified in the General Terms and Conditions of Company's Tariff.

Transportation Quantity. 1.1 Subject to the terms, conditions and limitations hereof and of Transporter's Rate Schedule FTS-1, Transporter agrees to receive and transport, on a firm basis, to or for the account of Shipper, quantities of gas up to the MAXDTQ set forth on the face of this Agreement and to deliver thermally equivalent volumes less the percentage of gas used by Transporter in providing the transportation service as specified in Transporter's Rate Schedule FTS-1.
Transportation Quantity. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, (a) Carrier shall accept at the Receipt Point, transport, store and redeliver at the Delivery Point LPG owned or controlled by Shipper and (b) the LPG tendered shall be accepted and redelivered by Carrier at the times and in quantities as directed from time to time by Shipper or Shipper’s designee in accordance with this Agreement. Shipper acknowledges the Carrier System is a flowing system with limited storage capacity of not more than 48 hours.

  • Transportation Transportation expenses include, but are not limited to, airplane, train, bus, taxi fares, rental cars, parking, mileage reimbursement, and tolls that are reasonably and necessarily incurred as a result of conducting State business. Each State agency shall determine the necessity for travel, and the mode of travel to be reimbursed.

  • Delivery Point (a) All Energy shall be Delivered hereunder by Seller to Buyer at the Delivery Point. Seller shall be responsible for the costs of delivering its Energy to the Delivery Point consistent with all standards and requirements set forth by the FERC, ISO-NE, the Interconnecting Utility and any other applicable Governmental Entity and any applicable tariff.

  • Delivery Points ‌ Project water made available to the Agency pursuant to Article 6 shall be delivered to the Agency by the State at the delivery structures established in accordance with Article 10.

  • Quantities The estimated quantities provided by the City are not guaranteed. These quantities are listed for informational purposes only. Quantities vary depending on the demands of the City. Any variations from the estimated quantities shall not entitle the bidder to an adjustment in the unit price or any additional compensation.

  • Fuel 28.1 The Vehicle must be returned with the amount of fuel equal to that at the time of the commencement of the rental. If the Vehicle is returned with less fuel, the difference will be charged to You at a rate of $5.00 including GST per litre (which includes a service component).

  • Quantity If Seller delivers more than the quantity of Goods ordered, Buyer may reject all or any excess Goods. Any such rejected Goods shall be returned to Seller at Seller's risk and expense. If Buyer does not reject the Goods and instead accepts the delivery of Goods at the increased or reduced quantity, the Price for the Goods shall be adjusted on a pro-rata basis.

  • Transportation Management Tenant shall fully comply with all present or future programs intended to manage parking, transportation or traffic in and around the Building, and in connection therewith, Tenant shall take responsible action for the transportation planning and management of all employees located at the Premises by working directly with Landlord, any governmental transportation management organization or any other transportation-related committees or entities.

  • Storage The ordering agency is responsible for storage if the contractor delivers within the time required and the agency cannot accept delivery.

  • Quality Specifications SANMINA-SCI shall comply with the quality specifications set forth in its Quality Manual, incorporated by reference herein, a copy of which is available from SANMINA-SCI upon request.
