On or before the fifteenth (15th) Day of each calendar month, Gatherer will render to Owner a statement setting forth, in terms of Mcf's and MMBtu's, the total quantity of Gas received hereunder as measured at the Measurement Point and the Equivalent Quantities of Gas delivered hereunder at the Delivery Point(s) during the immediately preceding Month and the amount payable therefor.
The term “System Capacity” for purposes of scheduling receipts and deliveries shall mean the capacity available for Transportation on Transporter’s system that shall be determined by Transporter, to the best of its ability, by performing a computer simulation of the system, taking into account nominated Scheduled Input, Scheduled Equivalent, and Equivalent Quantities, the available facilities, the Gas characteristics and the line pack gain or loss required for that day.
High Point is willing to receive certain quantities of gas for the account of Shipper at the Receipt Point(s) subject to the availability of capacity and to deliver Equivalent Quantities for the account of Shipper at the Delivery Point(s), subject to the availability of capacity.
Grantee shall cause to be delivered to Grantor at the Receipt Point(s), and Grantor shall transport from the Receipt Point(s) through the Grantor’s Distribution System to the Delivery Points within the Overlap Area, Equivalent Quantities of natural gas.
Transporter agrees to receive from Shipper during the term of this Service Agreement for Xxxxxxx’s account quantities of Natural Gas up to the Maximum Daily Transportation Quantity (MDTQ) specified on Exhibit “A” hereto and to deliver to Shipper Thermally Equivalent Quantities.
