Equivalent Quantities definition

Equivalent Quantities means a quantity of gas containing an amount of Dths equal to the amount of Dths received by the Company for the account of Shipper at the Point(s) of Receipt.
Equivalent Quantities means the volume of gas delivered hereunder for Owner's account to the Delivery Point(s) which shall equal the thermal equivalent in MMBtu of the volume of gas received by Gatherer at the Measurement Point(s) hereunder during a given period of time less compressor fuel, dehydrator fuel, and loss and shrinkage of gas required for delivery of gas to the Delivery Point(s) hereunder during the same period of time.
Equivalent Quantities means the sum of the volumes of Gas measured in MMBtu received by Transporter for the account of Shipper during any given period of time, reduced by Shipper’s share of fuel and adjusted for any variations in Btu content. It is the intent of the parties that the volumes of Gas delivered for the account of Shipper be the thermal equivalent of the volumes of Gas received by Transporter for transportation, as so adjusted.

Examples of Equivalent Quantities in a sentence

More Definitions of Equivalent Quantities

Equivalent Quantities means the quantity of gas received from Customer, or for the account of Customer, at the Receipt Point(s) less Gas in Kind withheld by Company for loss and use.
Equivalent Quantities means the sum of the quantities of Gas measured in Dth received by TIGER for the account of a Shipper at the Receipt Point(s) during any given period of time: (a) reduced by (i) that Shipper's share of Fuel Gas and Lost and Unaccounted For Gas, and Booster Compression Fuel if applicable, and (b) adjusted for any variations in Btu content, as corrected for any water vapor in excess of five (5) pounds per million (1,000,000) cubic feet of Gas, it being the intent of the parties that the quantities of Gas delivered hereunder at the Delivery Point(s) after transportation be the thermal equivalent of the quantities of Gas delivered at the Receipt Point(s) for transportation, after reduction, correction and adjustment as provided above. In determining Equivalent Quantities for redelivery, TIGER shall formulate a thermal balance evaluating inputs to, and deliveries from, the System at least once each Month. Fuel Gas, Booster Compression Fuel and Lost and Unaccounted For Gas shall be determined pursuant to Section 36 of these General Terms and Conditions.
Equivalent Quantities means the sum of the quantities of Gas measured in Dth received by Transporter for the account of Shipper at the Points of Receipt during any given period of time reduced by the FL&U Adjustment and any Gas vented as provided in Section 3.3 hereof during the same period of time. In determining Equivalent Quantities for Delivery, each Shipper shall provide the FL&U Adjustment based on the actual quantity of Gas Tendered by such Shipper to Transporter; provided, however, that each Shipper shall be responsible for Unauthorized Overrun Gas Tendered by it to Transporter which is vented under Section 3.3; provided further, that the FL&U Adjustment shall be modified periodically to reflect Transporter's actual operating experience as described in Section 1.27 ("FL&U Requirement"). Each Shipper's share of Transporter's total FL&U Requirement shall be calculated as a percentage of each Shipper's Gas at each Point of Receipt.
Equivalent Quantities means, on any Day, a quantity of Gas (expressed in MMBtu) that has a Thermal Content equal to the Thermal Content of Customer Gas received from Customer at the Points of Receipt on that Day, less (i) the Thermal Content of System Fuel & LUAF allocated to such Customer Gas for such Day and (ii) the Thermal Content of Drip Liquids allocated to such customer Gas for such Day.
Equivalent Quantities means the quantities of gas, as expressed in Dekatherms, required for delivery by Gulf South for the account of Customer at the delivery points provided in any agreement for that Customer covering the quantities of gas rec eived, as adjusted for PTR if processed for customer's account, Separator Gas and the then current Fuel and Company-Used Gas allowance, if applicable.
