Travel and Temporary Living Expenses. The Company shall pay Executive $5,000 per month for the first twelve months following the Effective Date to cover expenses incurred by Executive in connection with Executive's temporary living expenses in San Diego County, California and transportation and other relocation expenses associated with obtaining housing in San Diego County, California.

Travel and Temporary Living Expenses. In order to assist Employee with the Employee’s commuting expenses over the initial 24 months of her employment, the Company will reimburse Employee for expenses related to the Employee’s temporary living accommodations and the Employee’s roundtrip travel costs between Philadelphia and Boston as needed and as mutually agreed with the Company’s CEO; provided that applicable travel and temporary living accommodation expenses that are reimbursed by the Company will be subject to taxation in accordance with IRS guidelines and the Company’s travel and expense guidelines.

  • Travel and Entertainment Expenses Company shall pay or reimburse you for reasonable business expenses actually incurred or paid by you in the performance of your authorized services hereunder, in accordance with Company’s Business Expense Reimbursement policy, and upon presentation of satisfactory documentation (e.g., expense statements or vouchers or such other supporting information) as Company may customarily require.

  • Travel Expenses All travel and other expenses incident to the rendering of services reasonably incurred on behalf of the Company by the Employee during the term of this Agreement shall be paid by the Employer. If any such expenses are paid in the first instance by the Employee, the Employer shall reimburse him therefor on presentation of appropriate receipts for any such expenses.
