Treasury Board. It is agreed by both parties that the well being of a resident involved in life threatening behaviour is of paramount importance. a matter of concern arise on the promotion or transfer of an employee because of a life threatening situation involving a resident, such a matter will be discussed by the Labour Management Liaison Committee or a full meeting, whichever is appropriate. Should this procedure not resolve the matter of concern, such matter may be referred to the parties for consultation and any action deemed appropriate or to refer the issue to a third party. Treasury Board. The Governing Council shall appoint a Treasury Board composed of three (3) representatives from the Governing Council as well as three (3) financial advisors to provide guidance and information to the Governing Council as to the appropriate financial reserves for the Treaty One Nation to support effective governance and long-term sustainable development; and when appropriate, the amount(s) to be disbursed (on an equal basis) to each of the Treaty One Nations, who shall be entitled to use the funds so disbursed at their sole discretion. The Treasury Board shall operate in accordance with the policies, guidelines, and terms and conditions of a written committee mandate adopted by a majority of 5 of 7 members of the Governing Council.   • Leave, Board of Directors A nurse who is elected to the Board of Directors of the Ontario Nurses' Association, other than to the office of President, shall be granted upon request such leave(s) of absence as she or he may require to fulfill the duties of the position. Reasonable notice - sufficient to adequately allow the Hospital to minimize disruption of its services shall be given to the Hospital for such leave of absence. Notwithstanding Article 10.04, there shall be no loss of seniority or service for a nurse during such leave of absence. Leave of absence under this provision shall be in addition to the Union leave provided in Article 11.02

  • The Board 6.1 The appointment, dismissal and conduct of the Board shall be regulated in accordance with this agreement and the Articles.

  • Union Committee ‌ The Union shall appoint and maintain a Committee comprising persons who are employees of the Employer, and/or the Senior Union Official, or her/his representative, which shall be known as the Union Committee. The Union at all times shall keep the Employer informed of the individual membership of the Committee.

  • School Board Any reference to School Board or District in this Agreement shall mean the District and/or its designated officials.

  • Meeting of Committee In the event of either party wishing to call a meeting of the Committee, the meeting shall be held at a time and place fixed by mutual agreement, however, such meeting to be held not later than 14 days after request has been received unless varied by mutual agreement.

  • Board Committees The Director hereby agrees to sit in the relevant committees of the Board and to perform all of the duties, services and responsibilities necessary thereunder.
