Common use of Trial Period and Cancellation Clause in Contracts

Trial Period and Cancellation. (a) The four (4) days on duty and four (4) days off duty schedule shall commence on and shall continue for a trial period of forty‐eight (48) weeks from May 3, 1987. (b) This Letter of Understanding may be cancelled at any time during or after the trial period by either party upon thirty days' written notice to the other party.
