Tuition Obligation. I/We understand and agree that the School incurs substantial costs which are based on the number of students enrolled for a school year. As a result of such reliance on student enrollment numbers, I/we understand and agree that my/our obligation to pay the tuition for the full 2021-22 school year is unconditional.
Tuition Obligation. Parents understand that Student is being enrolled for the entire School Year or period covered by this Contract. If the student is withdrawn for any reason, including but not limited to absence, involuntarily separated, change of residence, moving, health, expulsion, or loss of child care, parents are liable for the amount of tuition in the “Withdrawal Dates, Refunds and Family Responsibility” sections of this Agreement.
Tuition Obligation. The School has many fixed and other financial obligations. The School relies on its contractual enrollment commitments when assessing and entering into such financial obligations. As a result, after June 1, 2024, Parents’ obligation to pay Tuition and Fees in full is unconditional. After June 1, 2024, no portion of Tuition or Fees will be refunded or cancelled for any reason, including in circumstances in which Student is absent, withdrawn, dismissed or otherwise separated from the School. In the event the School, in its discretion, accepts the Contract without having received the Deposit, Parents’ failure to pay the Deposit is no defense to enforcement of Parents’ unconditional obligation to pay Tuition and Fees under the Contract. At the time of entry into this Contract, actual damages to the School in the event of a breach of the Contract by Parents are uncertain and difficult to determine with exactness. Recognizing that fact, in the event of withdrawal, dismissal or other separation of Student from the School after June 1, 2024, Parents agree to pay Tuition in full as a liquidated damage. Parents agree payment of Tuition in full is a reasonable estimate of the School’s damages in the event of withdrawal, dismissal or other separation of Student from the School after June 1, 2024. Such liquidated damage, if applicable, will be immediately due by Parents to the School in the event of Student’s separation. If Parents have not met all financial obligations to the School, the School may take any action it deems appropriate, including (a) prohibiting Student from attending School classes, events and programs, (b) not issuing or certifying Student’s grades, course credits, transcript, diploma or other documents, (c) subject to applicable law, not complying with a records request on the basis that there exists an outstanding financial obligation to the School and (d) separating Student from the School.
Tuition Obligation. Employee and sibling discounts will be deducted at the current published rates. Parents are expected to make full tuition payments. Students may have tuition scholarship funds awarded at any time during the school year. The school will credit the student’s account from that point forward to the end of the school year. In some cases, this may mean that parents will be reimbursed for prepaid tuition. New students are required to pay a non-refundable $150.00 enrollment fee upon enrollment.
Tuition Obligation. In consideration of the acceptance of this Contract by AMS, the undersigned agrees to pay the required tuition and fees in accordance with the terms set forth in this Contract.
Tuition Obligation. (Initial) I understand that my child is being enrolled for the entire academic year or period covered by this contract. I also understand that the overhead expenses of the School do not decrease when some students withdraw during the course of the school year. Therefore, if I withdraw my child prior to the end of the academic year, the following early withdrawal fees will apply and will become payable in full immediately. Withdrawn September 1 - December 31 $1,350 Withdrawn January 1 - March 31 $900 Withdrawn April 1 - June 13 $450
Tuition Obligation. Once the undersigned Parent submits the executed Contract with the Reservation Deposit, Student will be enrolled for the entire 2019-2020 school year. In the years thereafter the undersigned first executes Contract herein, Student will be enrolled for the following entire school year, once the Reservation Deposit has been paid in full for that particular year and this shall continue until Student graduates. Once this Contract has been submitted to the School with the Reservation Deposit, the Parent becomes liable for the entire year's tuition and fees even if Student is withdrawn, absent, or involuntarily separated, for any reason, including without limitation, change of residence, health, withdrawal, or expulsion, there will be no refund or reduction of fees or tuition UNLESS the undersigned terminates the Contract in strict compliance with the instructions set forth in the Cancellation Policy set forth in the paragraph labeled as such in this agreement.
Tuition Obligation. Once this Contract has been submitted to the School with the Registration Fee set forth in Paragraph 2, Parent becomes liable for the billing period(s) the Student has attended at School as liquidated damages (and not a penalty) even if the Student is withdrawn, absent, or is involuntarily separated from School. This Contract can only be terminated in strict accordance with the termination procedures set forth in Paragraph 6 below (or the School rejects, in its sole discretion, Student’s application and unilaterally terminates this Contract). Furthermore, the Parent remains liable for the billing period(s) the student was enrolled. If Student is withdrawn, absent, or involuntarily separated, for any reason, including without limitation, change of residence, health, withdrawal, or expulsion, after the termination dates set forth in Paragraph 5, there will be no refund or reduction of fees or tuition, and any unpaid balance may, at the School’s election, become immediately due and payable.
Tuition Obligation. Parent understands that Student is being enrolled for the entire term of this agreed contract unless a withdrawal was properly performed and processed as outlined above, and on the financial agreement and in the parent handbook. Parent further understands that the overhead expenses of the School do not diminish with the departure of some students during the course of the school year and agrees that it is impossible for the School to determine at the time of Xxxxxx’s execution of this Enrollment Contract the damage and loss to the School that would occur due to the later cancellation/withdrawal of some of the students who have enrolled. Therefore, once this Contract has been submitted to the School (with the Tuition Deposit if applicable based on Paragraph 2), Pre-school parent becomes liable for the following 30 days after a withdrawal (termination) notice, and Kindergarten parent becomes liable for the entire year’s tuition or and fees as liquidated damages (and not a penalty) even if the Student is withdrawn, absent, or is involuntarily separated from School unless the Parent terminates this Contract in strict accordance with the termination procedures set forth in Paragraph 5 below, or the School rejects an application, dismisses a student, denies enrollment, or reverses enrollment decision for any reason, in its sole discretion and unilaterally terminates this Contract. If Student is withdrawn, absent (for more than 72 hours without notifying the school), or involuntarily separated, for any reason, including without limitation, change of residence, health, withdrawal, or expulsion, after the termination dates set forth in Paragraph 5, there will be no refund or reduction of fees or tuition owed, and any unpaid balance may, at the School’s election, become immediately due and payable.
Tuition Obligation. Parent understands that the enrollment obligation for the full academic year is unconditional and that no portion of the year’s tuition or fees so paid or outstanding will be refunded or canceled in the event of absence, withdrawal, or dismissal of this student from Xxxxxx. Parent agrees to assume unconditional responsibility for the full annual tuition and fees and the costs of collection thereof, including reasonable attorney fees unless this contract is timely canceled as set forth in Paragraph Four.
