Common use of Two Weeks Clause in Contracts

Two Weeks. Each employee who has completed one (1) year's continuous service in the employ of the Company and has worked a minimum of one thousand (1,000) hours for the Company during the preceding twelve (12) months shall be entitled to two (2) consecutive weeks' vacation with pay equal to two (2) full weeks' straight-time pay at the employee's regular rate, or four percent (4%) of annual gross earnings, whichever is the greater.

Two Weeks. Each employee who has completed one (1) year's continuous service in the employ of the Company and has worked a minimum of one thousand (1,000) 1,500 hours excluding overtime for the Company during the preceding twelve (12) months shall be entitled to two (2) consecutive weeks' weeks vacation with pay equal to two (2) full weeks' weeks straight-time pay at the employee's regular rate, or four percent (4%) of annual gross earnings, whichever is the greater.

Two Weeks. Each employee who has completed one (1) year's year and up to three (3) years of continuous service in the employ of the Company and has worked a minimum of one thousand seventeen hundred and fifty (1,0001,750) hours for the Company during the preceding twelve (12) months shall be entitled to two (2) consecutive weeks' weeks vacation with pay equal to two (2) full weeks' straight-weeks straight time pay at the employee's regular rate, or four percent (4%) of annual gross earnings, whichever is the greater.
