Effective the signing of this agreement or as soon as practicable thereafter, the medical insurance plans offered to active employees shall be the Traditional Blue PPO 6398 (HDHP PPO 6312), the Traditional Blue POS 298(POS 205) or a replacement plan selected by the Company.

These options will be made available during the open enrollment period each calendar year.
