Common use of Unearned Wages Clause in Contracts

Unearned Wages. In the event a crewmember becomes ill or is injured while in the service of the Day Boats, he/she will receive wages to the end of the workday. In the event that a crewmember becomes injured while in the service of the Day Boats and a report is filed and not successfully controverted, he/she will be entitled to wages for three working days or less, if not later compensated.
