Unfilled Apprentice Requests. If the Registered Apprenticeship Program or Union hiring hall is unable to provide the requested Apprentice within two Business Days (Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays excepted) of a request for such worker being received by the Union hiring hall or Registered Apprenticeship Program, the Unions will, consistent with the standards on file with BOLI for the relevant Registered Apprenticeship Program, work with local, state- certified pre-apprenticeship programs or community-based organizations, to identify such Workers who meet the minimum standards of the relevant apprenticeship program. If one or more such Workers are identified, the Contractor shall (i) refer the Worker(s) to the Registered Apprenticeship Program and/or hiring hall, (ii) request enrollment as an apprentice and referral consistent with the standards on file with BOLI for the relevant Registered Apprenticeship Program, and (iii) pay any applicable sponsorship fees. The Contractor shall promptly notify ODOT and the ODOT Contractor if a Registered Apprenticeship Program or hiring hall declines to implement the referral or enrollment contemplated in this section.

  • JOB BIDDING The City reserves the right to organize work and assignments. Bureau managers will consult with the Union prior to implementation of a reorganization to discuss proper application of this Article. Whenever the City determines that it will fill a vacancy in a new or existing job, present employees shall be given the first opportunity on the following basis: the City may choose from among the two (2) most senior qualified bidders for 25% of all vacancies occurring within a bureau in a Fiscal Year. Prior to posting, the City must identify a posting as one which will be subject to this provision.

  • Bona Fide Request/New Business Request Process for Further Unbundling 6.1 BellSouth shall, upon request of <<customer_name>>, provide to <<customer_name>> access to its network elements at any technically feasible point for the provision of <<customer_name>>'s telecommunications service where such access is necessary and failure to provide access would impair the ability of <<customer_name>> to provide services that it seeks to offer. Any request by <<customer_name>> for access to a network element, interconnection option, or for the provisioning of any service or product that is not already available shall be treated as a Bona Fide Request/New Business Request (BFR/NBR), and shall be submitted to BellSouth pursuant to the BFR/NBR process.

  • Service Requests In support of services outlined in this Agreement, the Service Provider will respond to service related incidents and/or requests submitted by the Customer within the following time frames:  0-8 hours (during business hours) for issues classified as High priority.  Within 48 hours for issues classified as Medium priority.  Within 5 working days for issues classified as Low priority.   • Under-Frequency and Over Frequency Conditions The New York State Transmission System is designed to automatically activate a load- shed program as required by the NPCC in the event of an under-frequency system disturbance. Developer shall implement under-frequency and over-frequency relay set points for the Large Generating Facility as required by the NPCC to ensure “ride through” capability of the New York State Transmission System. Large Generating Facility response to frequency deviations of predetermined magnitudes, both under-frequency and over-frequency deviations, shall be studied and coordinated with the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner in accordance with Good Utility Practice. The term “ride through” as used herein shall mean the ability of a Generating Facility to stay connected to and synchronized with the New York State Transmission System during system disturbances within a range of under-frequency and over-frequency conditions, in accordance with Good Utility Practice and with NPCC Regional Reliability Reference Directory # 12, or its successor.

  • Rejections If a delivery encounter is not submitted according to ODM specifications, it will be rejected and the MCP will receive this information on the exception report (or error report) that accompanies every file in the ODM-specified format. Tracking, correcting, and resubmitting all rejected encounters is the responsibility of the MCP and is required by ODM.

  • National Competitive Bidding Goods estimated to cost less than $250,000 equivalent per contract and works estimated to cost less than $500,000 equivalent per contract, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of National Competitive Bidding.
