Uniform Fittings. During periods of uniform changeover, commensurate with the adequacy of facilities, the Company will do all possible to have the Flight Attendant uniform fittings accomplished at the Flight Attendant's home base airport.

Uniform Fittings. There will be 2 uniform fittings. The first will take place during class on August 24th and will be to obtain student measurements. The second will take place after school (Date TBD) and will allow for a professional seamstress to come in and tailor each uniform for each student. Because we have so many students involved in the PGMS Chorus Department, parent volunteers from each grade level are needed to assist with uniform fittings. Please indicate below if you are able to help. If you would prefer to measure your student yourself, please fill in their measurements in the chart below, listing all measurements in inches. Ladies’ Uniforms: Bust Size: Measure snugly around the fullest part of the bust. Waist Size: Measure snugly around the natural waist. Hip Size: Measure snugly around the fullest part of the hips. Gentlemen’s Uniforms: Neck Size: Measure around the neck, apx. 2 inches above the base of the neck. Chest Size: Place tape snugly around chest, high under arms. Waist Size: Measure snugly around the natural waist.
Uniform Fittings. 34.2 Where displacement occurs a flight attendant will be notified in writing and one of the above reasons specified.

  • Uniform Cleaning The County agrees to provide for a contract cleaning arrangement whereby pickup service will be available at the Yakima County Department of Corrections. Cleaning shall be authorized for all personnel required to wear uniforms in the course of their employment. The County shall determine the place where such clothing shall be cleaned and make disbursements directly to the contract cleaner(s).

  • Cosmetic Services We do not Cover cosmetic services or surgery unless otherwise specified, except that cosmetic surgery shall not include reconstructive surgery when such service is incidental to or follows surgery resulting from trauma, infection or diseases of the involved part, and reconstructive surgery because of congenital disease or anomaly of a covered Child which has resulted in a functional defect , except for cosmetic orthodontics as described in the Dental Care sections of this Contract. Cosmetic surgery does not include surgery determined to be Medically Necessary. If a claim for a procedure listed in 11 NYCRR 56 (e.g., certain plastic surgery and dermatology procedures) is submitted retrospectively and without medical information, any denial will not be subject to the Utilization Review process in the Utilization Review and External Appeal sections of this Contract unless medical information is submitted.

  • UNIFORMS AND TOOLS The Employer agrees to furnish and supply all its employees, without cost, laundered aprons and uniforms and such tools as are necessary in the discharge of their work and also service such tools at no cost to the employees.

  • Cosmetic Surgery Any non-medically necessary surgery or procedure whose primary purpose is to improve or change the appearance of any portion of the body to improve self-esteem, but which does not restore bodily function, correct a diseased state, physical appearance, or disfigurement caused by an accident, birth defect, or correct or naturally improve a physiological function. Cosmetic Surgery includes, but is not limited to, ear piercing, rhinoplasty, lipectomy, surgery for sagging or extra skin, any augmentation or reduction procedures (e.g., mammoplasty, liposuction, keloids, rhinoplasty and associated surgery) or treatment relating to the consequences or as a result of Cosmetic Surgery.
