Uniform Maintenance Allowance for Correctional Officers and Institutional Security Specialists. The state will provide unit correctional officers and institutional security specialists who are furnished and required to wear a uniform, a maintenance allowance in the amount of $250.00 annually, unless laundry and dry-cleaning facilities are available and the service is furnished by the agency without cost to the employee; in addition, such correctional officers and institutional security specialists shall receive a shoe allowance in the amount of $75.00 annually.

  • Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment.   • DEPENDENT PERSONAL SERVICES 1. Subject to the provisions of Articles 16, 18 and 19, salaries, wages and other similar remuneration derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of an employment shall be taxable only in that State unless the employment is exercised in the other Contracting State. If the employment is so exercised, such remuneration as is derived therefrom may be taxed in that other State.
