Common use of UNIFORMS, TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT Clause in Contracts

UNIFORMS, TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT. The Employer may require employees to wear uniforms, specialized clothing and/or specialized footwear. Where required, the Employer will determine and provide the uniform or an equivalent allowance for clothing and/or footwear. The Employer will continue its current practices regarding the provision and maintenance of required uniforms and specialized clothing and footwear.
