– UNION BOARDS. (a) The Hospital will provide union clipboards upon which the Union shall have the right, subject to the prior approval of Human Resources, to post notice of meetings, general meeting minutes and such other notices as may be of interest to the nurses. (b) The union clipboards will be provided in each client care area, at a location mutually agreed upon by the Clinical Manager and the Union. I.2 No notice from the Union may be posted unless it bears the signature of an authorized officer of the Union.
