Union Business Leave of Absence. SECTION 1. Members of the Union’s bargaining committee shall be granted time away from duty without loss of straight-time pay or benefits for the purpose of negotiating an agreement with the Employer. However, the Union shall reimburse the Employer for all hourly wages paid to bargaining unit members participating in said negotiations under this Section.
