Common use of Union Business Leave of Absence Clause in Contracts

Union Business Leave of Absence. An employee who has been elected or appointed by the Union to carry out authorized business of the Union on a full- time basis will be granted a Leave of Absence without pay for that purpose in accordance with the following. 12.03.01 The employee will continue to accrue Company and Union seniority while on Union Leave.
