Union Conventions or Education Seminars. Leave of Absence with pay and without loss of seniority shall be granted upon request to the Board by the Union, for employees elected or appointed to represent the Union at Union conventions, or education seminars and provided that suitable substitutes are recommended by the Union. Such time shall not exceed a total of six (6) days in any one year per local. Any additional days required shall be granted without pay and without loss of seniority.
