Common use of Union Dues Deductions Clause in Contracts

Union Dues Deductions. The College shall deduct from every employee any dues, initiation fees or assessments levied by the Union from the semi-monthly payroll. These deductions shall then be forwarded to the Secretary-Treasurer of the Union not later than the fifteenth (15th) day of the following month and shall be accompanied by a list of the names of those employees from whose wages the dues have been deducted and of the amounts so deducted.
