Common use of Union Leave of Absence Clause in Contracts

Union Leave of Absence. Leave of absence for Union business shall be given without pay up to an aggregate maximum for all employees of fifteen (15) days per calendar year provided such leave does not interfere with the continuance of efficient operations of the Employer. Such leave shall be subject to the following conditions:
