UNION MEMBERSHIP AND CHECK-OFF. 3:01 The Board shall deduct from each employee within the bargaining unit, the initiation fee, and from the first pay of each month the monthly dues as are levied by the National Automobile, Aerospace, Transportation and General Worker Union Of Canada (CAW-Canada) and it’s local 2458 in accordance with its constitution and by-laws.
