UNION MEMBERSHIP AND DUES CHECK-OFF. 4.01 All Employees covered by this Agreement shall be required to pay Union dues. The Employer shall, therefore, as a condition of employment, deduct the amount of the Union dues as set by the Union from time to time from the pay of all Employees covered by this Agreement.
