SECTION 2.1 UNION MEMBERSHIP DUES‌ No later than thirty (30) calendar days following the effective date of this Agreement, all present employees must, as a condition of continued employment, be or become members of the Union; all employees hired after the effective date of this Agreement shall be or become and remain members of the Union no later than thirty (30) calendar days following the first day of their Employment in accordance with the provisions of Section 8 of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended.
