Union Membership Requirements. a. During the life of this Agreement, employees of the Employer who are subject to this Agreement shall be required as a condition of employment to maintain membership in the Union in good standing, subject to federal law. Compliance is required by the 31st day after employment or the 31st day after the date of this Agreement, whichever is later.
