UNION NEGOTIATION COMMITTEE. 33.01 The Employer recognizes the establishment of the Union’s Negotiating Committee negotiating committee to be comprised of eight (8) employees, including two (2) Deck deck employees, one (1) Shoreside shoreside employee, two (2) Terminal terminal employees, one (1) Information Department information department employee, one (1) part-time Terminal terminal employee and oneone (1) on-call deck employee. When requested by the Union, the Employer will provide relief to allow members of the negotiating committee to perform the duties of the committee. The Employer will not be required to pay any wages to any member of the committee during those times that the members are performing their duties of the negotiating committee.
