UNION RECOGNITION. 3.1 The Company recognizes the Union as the sole collective bargaining agent of employees in positions in the bargaining units described in Article 4.

UNION RECOGNITION. 3.1 1.1 The Company recognizes the Union as the sole exclusive bargaining representative with respect to rates of pay, hours of work, and working conditions for the employees in the collective bargaining agent of employees in positions in the bargaining units described in Article 4.unit hereinafter described:

UNION RECOGNITION. 3.1 The Company Employer hereby recognizes and acknowledges the Union as the sole collective exclusive bargaining agent representative of all employees in positions in the bargaining units described in Article 4performing work covered by this Agreement with respect to wages, hours and other terms and conditions of employment.

For purposes of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay and other terms and conditions of employment, the Company recognizes the Union as the sole exclusive bargaining agent for the collective bargaining agent of employees in positions in the bargaining units unit described in Article 4.as follows:

The Union is hereby recognized by the Employers as the sole and exclusive bargaining units described in Article 4representatives of the Employees represented by them.

UNION RECOGNITION. 3.1 2.01 The Company recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining representative of all employees for the purpose of conducting collective bargaining agent regarding rates of employees pay, hours of work and other conditions of employment, in positions in conformity with the bargaining units described in Article 4Laws of British Columbia respecting Labour Relations.

UNION RECOGNITION. 3.1 The Company recognizes the Union as the sole exclusive bargaining representative and agent of all the Company’s employees, save and except those employees specifically excluded in Section 1 hereof, for the purpose of collective bargaining agent with respect to rates of employees in positions in the bargaining units described in Article 4pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
