Where a meeting is called by management regarding a disciplinary matter, the Employee involved may request the attendance of a Union Xxxxxxx or alternate at the meeting. Management will endeavour to provide reasonable notice in order that the Employee can arrange for appropriate Union representation. Should the Union Stewards or alternate be unable to attend within a reasonable time frame, the meeting will not be unduly delayed.
