Common use of Union Representatives and Grievance Committee Clause in Contracts

Union Representatives and Grievance Committee. ‌ 8.01 The University acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint or otherwise select up to one (1) Union Xxxxxxx from the unit for unit for the ESL instructors. 8.02 The Union will inform the University in writing of the name of its Union Xxxxxxx and the duration of their appointment as Union Xxxxxxx. 8.03 The University shall be informed, in writing by the Union, of the effective date and term of appointment of its Union Xxxxxxx.
