Common use of Union Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Union Responsibilities. Upon notification in writing by the County to the 26 Union that any of its represented employees are engaged in a work stoppage, the Union shall 27 immediately, in writing, order such employees to immediately cease engaging in such work stoppage 28 and provide the County with a copy of such order.
