UNION SECURITY (Dues Deduction. 5.01 (a) The Employer shall deduct from employees in the bargaining unit in each pay period, and from the first day of employment for newly hired employees, an amount equivalent to such union dues as designated by the Union from time to time. In addition, the Employer shall deduct union dues from any retroactive wage payments.
