UNION SECURITY (Dues Deduction. Section 3.1 All employees covered by the terms of this Agreement shall be required to become and remain members of the Union as a condition of employment from and after the thirty-first (31st) day following the date of their employment, or the effective date of this Agreement, whichever is later. This payroll deduction authorization may be cancelled by the Company at its discretion upon the expiration or termination of the Agreement.

This payroll deduction authorization may be cancelled by the Company at its discretion upon the expiration or termination either become members of the Union and remain members for the duration of this Agreement, or pay an agency fee to the Union.
