Common use of UNION STORE CARD Clause in Contracts

UNION STORE CARD. The Union agrees to issue a Union Store Card to the Employer under the rules xxxxx­ ning Union Store Cards set forth in the Constitution of the United Food and Commercial Workers International Union. Such Union Card is, and shall remain, the property of the said International Union, and the Employer agrees to surrender said Union Card to an authorized representative of the Union on demand in the event of failure by the Employer to observe the terms of this Agreement or the conditions under which said Union Store Card is issued.

The Union agrees to issue a Union Store Card Cards to the Employer under the rules xxxxx­ ning governing Union Store Cards as set forth in the Constitution of the United Food and Commercial Workers Retail Clerks International UnionAssociation. Such Union Card is, Store Cards are and shall remain, remain the property of the said International UnionAssociation, and the Employer agrees to surrender said Union Card Store Cards to an authorized representative of the Union on upon demand in the event of failure by the Employer to observe the terms of this Agreement or the conditions under which said Union Store Card is issued. Union Store Cards will be displayed in all stores covered by this Agreement.
