Common use of Union Welfare Committee - Management Welfare Committee Clause in Contracts

Union Welfare Committee - Management Welfare Committee. The Union Welfare Committee shall be appointed and shall meet with a Management Welfare Committee with respect to questions which may arise concerning the operations of the Welfare Plan.
