Unit Representatives. The employees shall have a right to elect Unit Representatives from among employees in the unit. The Union shall give the Employer written notice as to the current unit representatives and future replacements. Unless otherwise agreed to by the Employer, the investigation of grievances and other union business shall be conducted only during the nonworking time of all employees involved. Employees shall suffer no loss of pay if required to attend grievance meetings with Employer representatives while on duty status.
